How does it work?
- Send us your building plans with proper measurements, projects details, and job site location at plans@mytotalproject.com
- TFS project managers check all details and transfer all information to our estimators
- In 3 business days (or faster) you receive estimated prices and terms
- After confirmation, we sign a contract (Order date)
- From the moment of the order, it takes 12 -14 weeks to manufacture and ship the order to Canada or the US
- After production complete TFS runs quality control and prepares for packing before loading the container
- Once the container is loaded TFS makes sure that the crates and goods properly braced and fixed inside the container
- Upon arrival to the port of destination, the container gets de-stuffed and the goods get reloaded in a box truck or hiab crane for delivery to the job site.
- Once our order is arrived we pick it up, check quantity and packing accuracy
- The next step is unpacking and quality check in presents representatives from both sides
- Submitting documentation and sign-off with the client
